Tim (not Tom) Sledge's quasi-autobiographical workbook is a terrific tool for those who lived in a dysfunctional home. Tim's insights into seeing the world you grew up in from an adult perspective, letting yourself grieve for past hurts, and seeing the dynamics of your family and your position in the family and understanding your reactions and feelings from those times, are all powerful methods to move from victim to victor. You can emerge from the past and its damage, and become the adult God intended for you to be.

Recommended for all survivors of childhood dysfuntion, as well as for counselors to work with such individuals.
