If you love the idea of quitting your job and opening your own restaurant - even though you have only cooked in the privacy of your own home - then this book is for you. Great story; great guy; and even includes some delicious recipes from my favorite restaurant (Apizz). The eggplant recipe is amazing - you've never tasted eggplant like this before, and won't want any other kind afterwards. Also there is a delicious dressing recipe that is worth never buying jarred dressing ever again.
