Mango Smoothie

  • 1 cup - Fresh or frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup - Rice or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut milk
  • -- - Sweetener to taste
  • Splash - Vanilla extract ( optional )
  • 4-8 pieces - Ice ( optional )
Blend together milk, coconut milk and mango. if using fresh mango, blend both milks and ice first, then add mango. Blend until smooth. It should be thick and creamy. Then, add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint.

I prefer agave, frozen mango and rice milk.
