Ingredients
  • 3 - Celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 - Potatoes, peeled & chopped
  • 1 - TBS Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 - Onion, chopped or dried onion flakes to taste
  • 1 - Bay leaf
  • 3 - 6 oz cans chopped clams with juice
  • 1 - 42 oz can tomato juice
  • 3 - cups water
  • - Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.  Bring to a full boil and turn down to high simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.  Can also be combined and put into a crockpot to cook all day.  Yummy!
