This book is great in understanding where you are in the big picture of the world...we have read it several times and made our own maps of our rooms, house, and neighborhood!

This is such a nice series for 4-8 year olds. This book clearly describes how to use maps in a fun, colorful way. "Me on the Map" begins by showing a young girl who has drawn a map of her room. She then goes on to draw a map of her house, and so on.
