Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb. - Ground Turkey

1 1/2 cup - Diced onion
-
3/4 cup - diced green pepper
-
1 clove - Minced Garlic
-
1 -8 oz- Can - Diced Tomatoes

1/2 cup - Ketchup
-
1/2 cup - BBQ sauce
-
1/2 tsp. - Fresh Ground pepper

Optional 8 oz bag - Low-Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Brown Turkey, 1/2 cup diced onion, green pepper, minced garlic and black pepper together till brown.
- Slowly add: Diced tomatoes, ketchup and BBQ sauce, reduce to moderate heat. Mix well. Cover.
- Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
- Simmer 20 minutes till peppers are tender. *Covered*
Serve over Hamburger buns (with optional cheese, rest of the onions and spicey brown mustard)*****
Serve with: Sweet Potato fries, Kosher green pickles and sliced peaches for desert.
