I really enjoyed this book. It was definetly one of the better novella books out there. It was a good read, but it was very quick! If you are looking for something longer this isn't it!

Quite a disappointing book. The mask that passes from story to story hardly seems important. All four stories were poorly-written, simplistic pot boilers where one's devotion to the Lord was more important than being a compelling character. The only reason why I finished the book was that I kept hoping the next novella would be better than the last. (The fourth novella was the best of the lot; it was also the one that had the least to do with religion.)

Seriously, though, if you're an evangelical Christian, or someone who enjoys stories where characters' devotion outweighs plot, you will probably enjoy the book. If not, well... you probably will want to read something else.
