A great, fun book about the travels of a journalist and lifelong foodie. Mai journeys through Paris and surrounding regions, and other areas south of Paris, and
to the northeastern area of France. Regional dishes and an exploration of the history and taste of everything from cassoulet to the crispest buckwheat crepes. Adventures with chefs, farmers, and restaurateurs. Am excellent read.
