Dee Davis departs from romantic thrillers to write this "Chic Lit" novel. Vanessa is a matchmaker who bets her mentor Althea that she can land wealthy bachelor Mark Grayson and marry him off. Resembling Jane Austen's Emma, this book was hard to get through and offered little in the way of romance until the very end. If you are interested in learning about the way high society lives in NYC than you might enjoy this book more than I did.

A tale about modern day matchmakers among the rich and famous in New York. Entertaining and a good summer read.

A really fun read! Two matchmakers bet on finding the same man the love of his life and it's a recipe for magic. Mi thoroughly enjoyed this book! Hope someone else will enjoy it!
