A few years after this act, it was thought expedient to make further provisions for regulating the affairs of this college; and accordingly, in the year 1800, the following enactment was made , intituled — " An Act for the better Government of the Seminary established at Maynoothfor the Education of Persons professing the Roman Catholic Religion, and for amending the Laws now in force respecting the said Seminary."
