Two novels in one:

The P.I. Who Loved Her
Seven years ago, private investigator Mitch McCoy was getting married-only his bride forgot to show up. He never dreamed he'd see Liz again. . .until she breezed into town, wearing another wedding dress! Unfortunately for him, Mitch still wanted her-badly. But could he convince her to give him the wedding night he'd never had? Or would Liz's latest groom track her down first?

For Her Eyes Only
Immigration agent Jake McCoy prided himself on being a loner. So how had illegal alien Michelle Lambert stolen her way into his heart-and his bed-so quickly? The gorgeous Frenchwoman was searching for her young daughter and refused to go home without her. So, torn between desire and duty, what else could Jake do but marry her?

This was one of a series about different family members. It was a good read, not too intricate but not too slight. I read one, and looked up the others. If you like series, you'll like this one, Characters are believable.

With FROM MCCOY, WITH LOVE, we get a double dose of the McCoy brothers-and boy, oh boy, what a dose it is! Could there be a better set of brothers than the McCoy's? I think not, and the fact that there are several of them just makes the pie even sweeter.

In THE P.I. WHO LOVED HER, we get the exciting and ever sexy story of Mitch McCoy, a man who loves everything except weddings. Seeing his older brother, Marc, fall in love and marry the love of his life, Melanie, was great. He's happy for his brother, really he is. The fact that watching the nuptials brought back memories of his own failed marriage attempt-the one where the bride forgot to show up-shouldn't be a reason to begrudge his brother's happiness, and Mitch doesn't. Really. It's just that all the talk of happily-ever-afters is starting to drive him nuts. It's bringing back too many memories of Liz Braden and the wedding that wasn't.

On his way home, grateful to be released from watching the bride and groom's happiness unfold before him, Mitch sees a woman stranded on the side of the road. A woman who, amazingly enough, looks a lot like Liz. Sure that he's imagining things and only indulging in a little wishful thinking, he stops to aid the woman-who, incidentally, is wearing a bloodstained wedding dress. Imagine his surprise, and distinct feeling of getting a great big dose of bad luck, when the woman turns out to actually be Liz, who also just so happens to have jilted another groom.

THE P.I. WHO LOVED HER is sexy, entertaining, and a wonderful treat. As Mitch becomes involved in solving the mystery of why Liz left another man at the altar, what the blood on her wedding dress means, and how he can get her back into his bed without letting her into his heart, readers are right there for the ride. Believe me, this isn't one you'll want to miss.

Next comes FOR HER EYES ONLY, featuring middle McCoy brother Jake. An agent for the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Jake is a man who is used to following a strict set of rules. Illegal aliens are to be handled in a very specific way, with no room for personal interpretation. His rule book gets flung to the wayside, however, when he meets Michelle Lambert-a hot and sexy woman who is in a world of trouble.

Michelle is facing illegal alien status. Her purse has been stolen. And her daughter is missing, most definitely kidnapped by her estranged husband. With no one else to turn to, Michelle puts her trust in Jake, a man sworn to uphold the law. Michelle knows that their attraction is something she's been looking for her entire life, but the fact that she and Jake are now in trouble with the law makes her uneasy. Can she really drag Jake, and his entire family, into the very personal battle of rescuing her daughter outside the confines of INS rules and regulations?

FOR HER EYES ONLY is another wonderful trip into the McCoy family, with realistic characters who will have you laughing and crying as they try to overcome some very big obstacles.

Tori Carrington is a master at writing emotional romances that pull you in from page one. You don't want to miss the other books in this series-LICENSE TO THRILL, featuring Marc McCoy, YOU ONLY LOVE ONCE, starring David McCoy, NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN, centering around Connor McCoy, and A REAL MCCOY, with Kathryn Buckingham McCoy taking center stage.
