All,

I have a 3.5 ounce book that I'm going to send media mail.  Do I need a customs form?  It appears not, but I can't tell for sure.

Thanks, Juli

Last time I sent something to APO it required a customs form. Don't think weight matters. I always fill one out just in case. Pat

I'm at the receiving end of books via APO (technically DPO - because change.)

While the rules DO say you need a customs form, since you are not selling something, it's not really true. And I get 95% of my PBS books without a customs form.

to be safe take the finished package by the post office and they can tell for sure. If you can't go to the po call them.
