My husband has some parts catalogs and service manuels he would like to sell on eBay.  The manuels I know can go Media but what about the catalogs?  Do they count as advertisements?  TIA

I would probably send them as bound printed matter.  I use that when I send magazines through the mail.  My post office people then tease me profusely about being the only person to use it besides the Avon ladies.

Since the latest postal rate changes, BPM is no longer available at the retail counter.  I believe that catalogs do not qualify for media mail.  Sorry :-(

I've sent something fairly recently that was BPM (within the last 3 weeks).  I think that there two classes, one over the counter and one for businesses.  I would call and ask or check it out online.

Well, I got more info from my DH and what he's talking about it is not a sales catalog.  And it is something that can go Media.  Thanks for answering, Jennie and Marjorie.
