A wonderful book full of plot, counter-plot, subversion, temptation..and it is all fact! The world was a different place and it is interesting to see how the steel industry and industry as a whole changed because of the behaviors of these two men. Mr. Standiford writes in a way that makes sense and does not overwhelm the reader with trivialities that detract from the subject. I wholeheartedly recommend this read!
