Each summer Zach goes to stay with his grandparents at their home beside a lake, and the three of them revel in the time spent together. This year is different. The family is struggling to come to terms with the fact that Zach's beloved "Gramps" has Alzheimer's disease, and these bittersweet weeks are a time to build warm, lasting memories that will help them stay strong during the chilly, difficult days that everyone -- especially "Gramps" -- knows they will soon face.
