Men in Black - Audio CD - Unabridged Author:Mark R. Levin, Jeff Riggenbach (Narrator) The Supreme Court endorses terrorists’ rights, flag burning, and importing foreign law. Is that in the Constitution? You’re right: it’s not. But these days the Constitution is no restraint on our out-of-control Supreme Court that strikes down laws and imposes new ones purely on its own arbitrary whims. There’s a word for ... more »this: tyranny. In Men in Black, radio talk-show host and legal scholar Mark R. Levin dissects the judicial tyranny that is robbing us of our freedoms and stuffing the ballot box in favor of liberal policies.

I cannot listen to Mark Levine on the radio because he sounds so rabid, so it was with trepidation that I opened this book. I quickly forgot my aversion to Mr. Levine as he presented a lucid, compelling portrait of the then sitting justices (a recent as this book is, there have been changes to the court.) The author displays an impressive understanding of past court decisions an how those decisions have impacted the country. Mr Levine is indeed a constitutional scholar. I recommend this book highly.
