Michelle's Families Yorkshire Pudding

2 - eggs
1 cup - whole milk
1/2 tsp. - salt
1 cup - all-purpose flour
1 stick - salted butter (do not substitute with margarine)
In medium bowl, beat eggs with wire whip or fork until foamy.
Beat in milk and salt. Gradually beat in flour until smooth.
Turn oven to 400 degrees. Put a PAT of butter in each section of the muffin tin place in hot oven to melt butter.
After removed tip muffin tin around to coat the inside of muffin cups. Do this quickly. Pour 2 TBSP batter into each cup. Evenly divide reaminder. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. With narrow spatula, loosen edges of each pudding. Serve immediately.
Use as bread for any beef dinner. Best with Prime Rib w/horseradis sauce.
