This was my first Ridley Pierson book and I was not sure that I would enjoy reading it. However, I was hooked after the first few pages and found it a good mystery thriller. The characters were developed, believable and vulnerable and the plot was complicated enough to keep you guessing and reading.

in middle of no where pearson has combined a page turning plot and great charactors. a good read.

The Seattle Police force is having a blue flu. Officers who remained on the job have been injured, one critically. Lou Boldt must find out if it is the work of a criminal or other cops. Very good book
