2 minute steaks
large can cream soup (i use chicken, but mushroom or celery, etc)
cooked rice or potatoes
spread some soup in a casserole dish, arrange steaks on top, with soup between them and cover with remaining soup. bake for one hour at 350 or when looks bubbly on top and when meat poked with fork is clear.
i serve it with rice, using the soup as gravy. it can be used with potatoes if preferred. this recipe can be adjusted for several more steaks if needed. i make my rice in a rice cooker, and store after in plastic sealed bag in refrigerator.
