This was a wonderful story, addressing so many issues, deafness, single parenthood and too the heroine working on finding a long lost plane in water. Roz Denny Fox put together a wonderful story that will be one you'll remember reading for a long time.

Very good story...the hero works offshore oil sites out of Galveston. The heroine is messing up his time table to drill a new well with her search for her grandfather's WW 2 plane that might have gone down near his oil well site.
He has a deaf 3 year old son he protects, he never tells her he has a child. One burned, twice shy for them both.

"Roz Denny Fox's A Mom for Matthew focuses on two people who have been burned in previous relationships and are afraid to commit to anyone new. Zeke (Ezekiel) Rossetti's three-year old son is deaf. Zeke loves his son with his whole heart, but over-protects him to a point where he doesn't let anyone into their lives. He makes a good living working for an oil drilling company, and together they reside with his mother, Celia in Galveston. Grace Stafford is single.
