Action and excitement with a touch of sweet romance, as long as you are okay with the falling in love happening after the pregnancy. You'll have to suspend some disbelief that the same down to earth midwife could simultaneously have secret spy parents, a sister unknowingly working for a terrorist, a terrorist busting marine as the father of her child, a vengeful former client on her tail, and her baby born safely during her daring escape. Page turing fun as long as you aren't looking for realism.
