I really liked this book. I felt it approached potty training in a relaxed manner and had a lot of good suggestions for parents like me that have kids in daycare, like putting the child in underwear for a couple hours after work. That's what I did, in addition to letting my child lead the way, and within a week my son didn't want to wear diapers anymore.
