This historical romance set in the Regency period is a lovely mix of the upper class, intrigue and romance. My favorite character is Rees Philips, an office worker in the British Foreign Office, who is sent undercover to spy on the vivacious and intelligent, Lady Celine Wexham. If you enjoy historical romance with strong characters, I think you will enjoy this book.
