Mounds Cake

1 Devil's food cake mix (baked as directed in a 9x13)
1 can Eagle Brand Sweet Condensed milk
1 sm cool whip
1 bag shredded/chopped coconut

after cake has cooked, take and poke holes in it.  Pour Eagle
Brand Milk over.  Let cool.  Spread cook whip over top then
sprinkle heavily with coconut.  Refrigerate.  (This is even
better if made the day before)

This is what everybody always signs me up to bring when we have
dinners at work.  It is YUM YUM GOOD!!!
