Mix ingredients well.
For dipped candy, roll into1-inch balls and chill thoroughly or freeze. Freezing is not necessary, but it helps the chocolate set up quickly. Dip ball into choclate, place on wire rack set on waxed paper to drain.
To use as centers in molded chocolates, roll into half inch balls (or whatever size would fit the mold) and chill thoroughly.
