I have had this book on my kitchen shelf for what seems like forever and am going to send it off to a contest winner on bookcrossing.com. I only tried a few of the recipes (peanut butter cookies and her famous chocolate chip cookies) but found them sub par when compared to other cookbooks and especially when compared to the Mrs. Fields Cookies found in the mall. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with my baking skills ;) I'm thinking Mrs. Fields didn't want to give away all her family secrets but still wanted to sell cookbooks.
Anyway, it's time to let this one go seeing as I haven't cracked it open in at least 8 years.

This is a great cookie book. While there's not a huge quantity of recipes, there are a lot of good recipes that you'll want to immediately try.

I LOVE this cookie book! It is one of the only cookie cook books I've kept in my recipe library- and I've cooked a LOT of cookies! MOST recipes in here are easy, ingredients used - are ones that most people have in their cupboards - and the cookies are amazing! Happy Baking!
