You know what they say--the only good lawyer is a dead lawyer. Still, 50-something writer Mrs. Malory didn't mean that to be taken literally even if Graham Percy, an Oxford acquaintance of her deceased husband, was the most annoying house guest EVER. For those of you who don't know Hazel Holt, you should. Her writing is significantly above the average found in light "cozies."

An old friend of her husband's is murdered while visiting Mrs. Malory and her son. He was a tiresome bore, by why would anyone want to murder him? A nice cozy series.
