You either like Mrs. Pargeter, widow of a criminal mastermind, or you don't. I happen to like her and this is a good one. If you've never read this Simon Brett series (he also does Charles Paris and "Feathering"), it is a good place to start. If you've never read Simon Brett, start anyplace! The "bad boy" of British mystery authors.

This story in the series is a riot. Such imagination he has for this series. Great fun and wonderful characters.
Good mystery and surprise twist at the end.
