Great book with interesting insights into Gillian Anderson's childhood and early acting career. The biography portion of the book is fairly short, understandable since it was published in '97 prior to the end of the series and before her future endeavors. Transcripts of lesser known interviews were very interesting. Also included is detailed episode summaries. They were a bit unnecessary as one can easily find the same information with a 5 nanosecond internet search but again, it was only '97. Definitely a must read for any fan. Fingers crossed she publishes another in the coming years.
