I am reading it at this moment, and contrary to JoD.'s opinion who says that the author fabricated this story...I beg to differ. Jo D., that's your opinion. Gayle's story is too close to the truth to be fictional. Domestic crimes happen all the time, globally. If you don't believe Gayle's story, that's your prerogative. She writes what she saw; if her father wrote his own one-sided view of "the day I killed my wife", it's only for the purpose of taking the spotlight off him. I have reached page 63 and it's an earth-shattering story that should be told. I take my hat off to Gayle Sanders, for being open about a brutal childhood. She is brave, and perhaps more women would be encouraged to come forward.

I thought this was a very good read i dont know what Jo D's review was about and it worries me where he or she got the info from! Murder is Murder and the writing seemed authentic to me
