3.5 Stars. I did not enjoy this book as much as the earlier ones in this series. More interaction between Frank and Sarah is needed and I think Maeve needs a bigger part in the investigating process. As always, I do love learning something new about New York City in the late 1800's. Hopefully #20 will be better.
