Atlanta has another close call. It's a case of what might have been which is what happened last year in the super bowl. Philadelphia moves on, Atlanta goes home. The other game was really a mismatch. Tennessee had no chance. New England had too many weapons. By the end of the day today we will have the final four teams playing for the chance to go to the super bowl. I will be hoping Minnesota makes it. I like Mike Zimmer. He had success as the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys and I would like to see him at least get into the superbowl. but the Saints are a good team. too close to call. The other game might be the marquee game of the day, Pitt vs Jacksonville. Should be good. A lot depends on the quarterback play for both teams. Hey. guess what. all the people picking Pitt are disappointed. Jacksonville won. Jacksonville's defense was too strong for Pitt. |

My word, what a weekend! I am sorry that Pittsburgh lost, Jacksonville seems to be coming on strong during the playoffs. I don't know about their match-up with the Patriots this weekend. At least we have home field advantage. I sure didn't see that Atlanta would lose to the Eagles. You are right, Charles, too little too late.,but Nick Foles did a really good job for them. |
