This might be weird to talk about,.but my body has been screaming at
me for over a year and it's getting old.  (I know some of it probably
is linked with the stupid clamps on my tubes, tubal ligation)  Right after ovulation I
have the "normal" discharge, tense abs, cramps, back pain and the last
few months a tiny amount of blood.  I've lost 20 pounds (now healthy weight) and my period
came 3 days late, then 5 days late, so I took almost a month off of
dieting and then it was 10 days late.  Is there any way to naturally
help any of this.  When I went into an urgent care last summer with a
UTI, they wanted to put me on birth control to help all these
symptoms.  Ever since I had our last child I've had problems with
hemorrhoids, so it's like everything in that area is messed up.

I have no idea your age, but I stated having symptoms of menopause in my late 30's. There are lots of natural type things out there to help, but you might have to research a little more to figure out what you've got going on.  I've never had the issue you've described, so I'm not help there. I hope you're able to get it figured out!

Hello Christa,

Please consider seeing a Naturopathic Physician (NP).  I had many issues myself which included hormonal imbalance and candida (but I am much older than you). But my point is, regular Dr's could not help me.  They simply did not have the understanding of real "female issues".  There are "Natural" Dr's  out there however who specialize in "Women's Health" .  A series of GP (General Practioners) and Gynocologists did their testing (blood work, pee tests) and said there was nothing wrong with me.  Believe me, we KNOW when their is something going on with our bodies don't we? Someone recommended a Women's NP to me and she was wonderful.  He did the "right" blood work to measure my hormones and found out that I was terribly out of balance which caused all kinds of terrible symptoms.  A culture also determined I had candida which also causes several unpleasant symptoms.  Of course I have no idea what you might have but I can highly suggest that you check your local pages for a Naturopathic Physican who specializes in Women's Health.  I'm praying for all the best for you...it is God's desire that we all "prosper and be in health".

Evening Primrose Oil, 4000 mg/day, Black Cohosh 40mg/day, Gelatinized Maca, 1500mg/day.   Works like a charm.  These are for general female problems, but from your symptoms sounds like it could be PCOS.    I also take metformin for that as well as NAC.  Metformin is a prescription.  I'd google it and check out the sypmptoms then talk to your doc about Metformin if you think you have it.  Metformin made my cylcles like clockwork and I lost 60 lbs.  Gone are the terrible sugar cravings too.  PM me if you like.  Low carb diet helps too.

Have you found some answers to your health issues?  Our family of 5 daughters (now ages 16, 19, 27, 29, and 31) and 6 grandchildren have all been raised on natural food supplements; no sick doctor visits or medications in 30 years.  I love to visit with people about options they have to regain health if you are interested.
