This was god awful. A bunch of coming of age lesbian stories written in 1995. B!O!R!I!N!G! They weren't even finished stories. Take for instance the first short, A Different Kind of Love. An older Jewish woman lost her husband about a year ago and is still grieving. Her daughter moved to California with her lesbian lover. The mother goes out to visit and asks ridiculous stereotypical gay questions, meets the girlfriend and has a short conversation with her and accepts her into the family. That's it. 23 pages to set that up for what? What's the point? And there are 11 more such inadequate stories to conclude this collection. What a waste of 3 hours!
