We remind our members that it is prohibited to ask for credit gifts.

PBS really frowns on people asking for free credits.

This is the wrong forum for that, you need to use the Book Bazaar and there are rules. I'd delete your post here or your account might get suspended.

Credits are for sale pretty cheap in the book bazaar as well.

hmmm, I see people asking to "borrow" a credit all the time in the regular forums--just to claim a WL book they got offered.

Borrowing credits is different than asking members to give you free credits.

Jeanne - loans are not supposed to be asked for in any forum but the Bazaar where the Team has spelled out specific rules. Often people don't realize that and they get the credit loan, but are reminded that the Bazaar is where it should be done. If a member persists after they have been told to ask in the Bazaar, the Team will often suspend the account until the member talks to them about following the rules.
