Hello!

I just signed up for PBS a few weeks ago. I've started getting a few books and getting rid of some on my bookshelf, and I have to say, this is the COOLEST thing I've come across in a long time.

I don't have a huge bookshelf posted yet, but I'm working on it. I'm a book addict, so there will always be more coming.  I mostly have Christian fiction right now, but also a couple other odds and ends.

Looking forward to using these forums a lot!

Welcome Debby  I've been around close to two months already and all I can say is this place is so addictive.  I roam the forums alot too, so I guess I'll be seeing you around.  Have fun, and may the Wishlist  luck be with you!  lol!!

Woohoo! Thanks Joyce! I hadn't noticed yet! :)  I'll happily send them your way!

By the way, can someone tell me: is there some secret to getting the icons and photos to attach themselves to your profile? I've tried loading them on the Setttings page, but then when I go back to my posts or my profile page, nothing is there. I was once a tech writer, for goodness sake, this shouldn't be so difficult! Any ideas what I'm missing??

Welcome Debby. At least you were smart enough to jump right in when you found the site. It was a year after I  joined before I actively used the site. Now I'm addicted. I still am trying to figure out the "Games" board. I get really confused trying to figure out how that works.

Regarding getting the graphics to load, make sure the file size is correct.  If it's too large, it won't take it.

Hello and welcome aboard.  The entire site is addictive, I can't say anything about the games as I haven't tried them yet, but the people are WONDERFUL!
