That she could not find my address in the system and asked me for it, now I already sent 2 books and just had to click print to get their addresses, so my question is why is my address not in the system??

Steve, I suspect that she is even newer than you are.  :)  You're right that all you have to do is click on the print wrapper button to get the address.  If she is having printer problems, there is a link to follow just below the print wrapper button.

This happened to me when I was here about a month.  The person didn't understand the whole mailing label thing.  They thought they had to PM for the address.

Thanks everone, I seemed to have got it straightened finally, seems I had actually responded to a person that I had canceled the order from since she didnt answer then I thought it was another writing, just goes to show attentive details are everything, if anything good came out of this I at least feel more welcomed than any other site I have ever joined!  Feel free to add me to your buddies list anyone!  Thanks again for the warm felt welcomes, I truly feel appreciated!
