Beautifully illustrated picture book about a house waking up for the day. The rhyming story is told using pictures for some words so young children can help "read" along. The reader tours each room in the house, until night comes and the houes goes back to sleep.

Ages 4-8. This is a fun-to-read rhyming story with "picture words" for little ones to read along. The house wakes up loudly and goes to sleep quietly.

The story follows some mischievious mice that scurry thru the house. It is one of those books that has a picture in the sentence so that the child can help "read" the story. Such as, "Do you think?" said the (picture of the sink.)
It is one of my son's favorite books to read at night with me. Very enjoyable.
At the end everyone is back in bed.
