  Nobody to talk to
Nobody but me
Nobody to see just how smart I can be
But then Somebody, lonely like me
Somebody to see just how smart I can be
Then you have to go away
Now there's no one
No one in that room
Just the memories
Memories of the days when it was just me and you, and you and me

Hard to lose a friend. Other friends come along. There's something to having nobody and figuring out how smart you are anyway.
