Bring to a boil the syrup and sugar, until it looks clear.  Mix in thr peanut butter and take it off the heat.  Add Chinese noodles, toss together until well coated.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.  Do not overcook the mixture or cookies will be hard.
