This is a wonderful look about the Nordic religionS. Please note the plural. This book explains how the Nordic religions interacted with each other through trade and every day life. While it is not too terribly detailed, it is a great survey of the religions as we know of them that can help those who plan on studying the Eddas or are in pursuit of a Norse religion understand how it came to be as it is understood now. It also covers Christianity's coming and how it effected the beliefs.
