Written by four teenage girls from MYC, this book is a reprint of their actual diary notebook that they passed from one to another over the course of a year. While the language and the content may shock some, it is nothing that almost all teenagers haven't already done (sex, drugs, smoking, swearing, etc.). A real eye-opener for parents of teens!

I was not impressed with this book. For some reason, I don't believe it's real. Maybe it is....the authors claim it is...it just doesn't...flow right....

A reproduction (and likely edited) of a notebook that four teen girls shared to "keep in touch". Although my high-school days are long behind me - I enjoyed reading this and getting a glimpse into the mind of high schoolers in the "new millenium" in NYC.

While I was kind of shocked at the casual attitude they had to drugs, alcohol and sex, their true innocence comes through in spurts. You will be reminded of the intensity and importance that every move, word and happening had when you were young and just learning to live your own life. The middle of the book starts to get a bit tired, but it comes around in the end and the entries take on a much deeper tone.

A good read, whether you are the age of the authors....or their "evil parentals".
