I have read all of Stabenow's Alaska mysteries, and enjoyed them very much. I think the Kate Shugak ones are a bit better than the Liam Campbell ones, though they are good, too.
I enjoy her books and there descriptions of Alaska. A new state trooper has just begun his career on Bristol Bay. A dead body is found robbery or ?? He must search the wilds for the answer.
