Heartwarming story. It's not particularly well written, but it's a very sweet and inspirational tale. I got it because Nubs resembles a German Shepherd we loved for many years. The book is a gift for my veterinary technician daughter. :-)

my great grand daughter and I read it together. It is a wonderful book and we both shed tears, both sad tears and happy tears.
