This a great story. I read it a few years back during Christmas, and would read it again in a heartbeat.

it a very sweet short love story, with a ton of mistakes based on cold war propaganda, when it comes to Soviet Union (I should know, I was born and raised there). other then pages where i felt like screaming "you're getting it all wrong!" - I've enjoyed the story of the reunited lovers and the daughter, that brings them together. the Biblical reference was a wonderful touch
