Spence, who was O.J's first choice to represent him in trial, and who was a national commentator throughout the trial decided after three years to write this searingly honest and often caustic assessment of the trial.

Since he tells us (twice) in his introduction that he's won more murder cases than all of the defense attorneys combined, he felt it was his duty to write an OJ book, even though it's beneath him.

This book is a deep analytical analysis of the OJ Simpson trial. Looks at all factors of the trial from the "facts" of the case to the people involved including the lawyers, judge, jury, media and of course OJ. Analyzes impact to society and the judicial system and the far reaching impact that the trial has even today.

I was in a book club and I had so many books, never had time to read this one.
