In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Press into a greased 15 x10 baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
These are soft and chewy, with a hint of orange. A nice change from granola bars.
