The only thing that could have made this better would be if Steve Martin had narrated it himself. As an art collector and master storyteller, this novel combines mystery, characterization and great plot twists and turns to make it unforgettable. An Object of Beauty will make you want to learn more about art and give you greater respect for the guy whom you previously may have thought of as only one of the Saturday Night Live funny men. HIGHLY recommended!
