I've been reading The Blood of Flowers, a fascinating book about everday life and rug making in 17th century Iran by Anita Amirrezvani.

I finished The Chelsea Girls by Fiona Davis. Set in 1945-1967.  Good depiction of the times.

Just finishedThe Romanov Empress by C.W. Gortner.  Great read!  Thanks so much to my PBS friend Linda for sending it to me.  It was an enlightening read about what happened with the Romanovs in Russia.  And, I truly enjoyed the followup on the descendents today.
