Alternate world where Halloween is the main holiday. On October 31, criminals are gien pretty much a free license.

Taken straight from today. A very entertaining and thought provoking novel.

I struggled with this book until I remembered I am a grown up and can decide not to finish a book if I don't want to. In fairness, I have friends who truly enjoyed the book. It just wasn't my taste.
